What does this PR do?

Overview
Removes the CloudSecurity OpenAPI entries for triggering scans (POST /v1/cloud-security/trigger/{connectionId}) and fetching run status (GET /v1/cloud-security/runs/{runId}), leaving POST /v1/cloud-security/scan/{connectionId} as the documented scan endpoint.
